It’s the night before Christmas, the snow is falling, carolers are singing outside, and the children are dreaming of the wonderful day ahead!
It’s Christmas Eve in Stoney Creek’s gorgeous Christmas Stocking design for the counted cross stitch artist. Inside this gorgeous and hard to find window portrait design children are nestled all snug in their wee little beds with visions of sugar plums dancing in their wee little heads; while outside, a small group of Carolers dressed in Victorian clothing sing songs of good will and cheer. The more you look, the more you’re pulled into this fascinating scene~ the deep blue skies are filled with softly falling snow flakes that cover the rooftops of church and cottage alike. The garlanded window scene is truly magical, and an exceptionally beautiful stocking that you’ll be proud to display for a lifetime. Rarely found in kit form, this rare vintage circa 1996 kit is worked on 28 count evenweave with metallic threads and blending filaments~ and includes the coring and backing fabric too! What a fabulous find! * Note* The top corner of the photo in this kit was beaten up in shipping; we’ve replaced shrinkwrap to keep contents pristine and ready to work.
