Our Canadian stitchers who purchase $150 USD or more in stitchery items receive free shipping on their purchases.  All other international clients who purchase $225 USD or more in needlework products receive completely free shipping charges on their order.

Once your payment has cleared to our accounts, your order is sent to our shipping clerks for immediate dispatch ~ usually within 24-48 hours of payment. Some orders may take up to 5 -7 days to finish processing once payment is received.  Money orders and cashier's checks are subject to up to 2 weeks clearing time period.  You'll receive an email with package details once the item has entered the mail stream.
