We are so pleased and proud to present a beautiful series of traditional Jacobean designs for the crewel embroidery enthusiast by lauded needle artist Carolyn Barrani. Carolyn Barrani is a classical needlework artisan trained at the Elsa Williams’ School of Needlework in Massachusetts as well as the Royal School of Needlework in London. She has designed crewel and needlepoint for over 30 years, creating designs for major manufacturers in the industry as well as manufacturing her own designs for today’s needlework stores.
This is one of four traditional Jacobean designs which employ a variety of stitches in the familiar format of flora and fauna, this one of a peach tree flanked by a squirrel and magpie. The 10"x 10" design is stamped on natural 100% linen and worked with 100% wool persian yarn. Makes 11" x 14" picture or 12" x 12" pillow top.
Design is printed on linen fabric, all wools needle and instructions required for completion are included with kit. Proudly made in the USA
