Becky Boo’s of Stitcher’s Hands has created some warm and wonderful designs for the counted cross stitch artist. "Welcome: is one of them, and it is absolutely charming!
A simple white salt box house, primitive windows, spindly trees, and the traditional pineapple, which is a universal welcome symbol, will be stitched on 32ct Summer Khaki Linen in overdyed flosses of Weeks, Gentle Art and Crescent which you’ll need to supply from your stitchery stash!
What makes it so special is the finishing... it is shown mounted onto a brick-red metal plate, that is embossed with the alphabet!
INCLUDED with the chart is this cool 10-inch plate, that features a center area approx 6 inches in diameter for the stitching. Also provided is a round mounting board, so you can wrap your needlework around the board, and mount into the plate!
